Privacy Policy

(1) AETHER (the “Company”) is committed to protecting your personal information and keeping it confidential. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of personal information we collect, how we collect it, how we use and manage it, and with whom it may be shared. It also explains your rights regarding the processing of your personal information and how to exercise them.

(2) This Policy applies to the processing of personal information when you use the AETHER website (aetherquantstudio.com) and related services (real-time market intelligence, AI research, 24-hour automated trading bots, etc.; the “Service”).

(3) The Company is a personal information handler under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and is responsible for deciding why and how personal information is processed under this Policy.

(4) By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy (including future amendments). This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service and the Cookie Policy.

(1) To provide the Service, the Company may collect the following information.

• Account information: email address, password (stored encrypted), nickname
• Social login information: the email and profile information provided when you sign in with Google (Naver and Kakao sign-in are currently disabled)
• Wallet address: the TRC-20 wallet address you enter on your Profile to receive referral rewards (USDT)
• Exchange API keys: the exchange API keys and secrets you register to use the 24-hour automated trading bot (stored encrypted with AES-256; the Company does not view them in plain text)
• Telegram link information: your Telegram user identifier, if you sign up for Telegram bot notifications
• Service usage records: symbols you viewed, AI research queries and responses, backtest/strategy code
• Device and connection information: IP address, browser type, operating system, access logs, access times, referral source (the site, ad link or referral link you came from), cookies and browser-storage identifiers
• Usage records: the screens you visit and the features you use. Used to improve the Service, compile usage statistics and measure the effect of promotion, and may be linked to your account if you sign up.

(2) This information is mostly provided by you directly when you sign up, use the Service, or configure features (bot integration, payout requests, etc.). Some is collected automatically while you use the Service (cookies, access logs, etc.).

(1) In accordance with Article 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act and related provisions, the Company collects and uses personal information in the following cases: where we have your consent, where it is necessary to perform a contract for providing the Service, and where it is necessary to comply with legal obligations.

(2) The Company may use statistical information processed so that individuals cannot be identified for the purposes of improving and analyzing the Service.

(1) The Company may send you service announcements, market news, events, and similar information by email or in-service notification. If you do not wish to receive marketing information, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact leesiho58@gmail.com, and we will act on your request immediately.

The Company processes the personal information it collects for the following purposes.

• Member identification and service provision (login, running bots, and other contract performance)
• Processing referral reward payouts
• Running automated trading bots with exchange API keys and responding to errors
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Service security, such as preventing misuse and detecting abnormal activity
• Statistics and usage-pattern analysis to improve service quality
• Compliance with legal obligations and dispute response

To keep responses fast and high quality, AETHER’s AI research and chatbot features send your queries first to external AI API providers such as Anthropic Claude and Alibaba Cloud (Qwen-Max). Only when such an external API is not configured or fails to respond are queries handled by a language model on the Company’s own server (Ollama, processed within our own infrastructure). Which provider actually handles a given response may change with service policy and configuration.

(1) As a rule, the Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. It is provided only in the following cases and only to the extent necessary.

• Exchanges you have linked (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Upbit, Bitunix, etc.) — used only when API calls are made to execute bot orders; stored only on the Company’s servers
• The blockchain network used for the on-chain payout you request (by the nature of transactions, the wallet address and amount are recorded on a public ledger)
• Overseas AI API providers such as Anthropic (Claude) and Alibaba Cloud (Qwen-Max), used to generate AI research and chatbot responses — the text you enter is transmitted to generate a response
• Google — for social login authentication
• Server hosting provider — for infrastructure operation (no permission to view data)
• Investigative or supervisory authorities, where required by law

(2) The Company requires third parties that process or receive personal information to protect it to a standard equivalent to this Policy.

(1) Sensitive credentials such as exchange API keys are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Server access is restricted to key-based authentication, and data in transit is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

(2) The Company retains personal information only for the period required by law or necessary to provide the Service, and destroys it without delay once the purpose has been achieved. Transaction records that must be kept under applicable laws are stored separately for the required period and then destroyed.

Under the Personal Information Protection Act, you may at any time exercise the following rights: requesting access to your personal information, requesting correction or deletion, requesting suspension of processing, and withdrawing consent. You can make a request from the account settings screen or at leesiho58@gmail.com, and the Company will act within the period required by law.

(1) The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to analyze usage statistics.

(2) Except for essential cookies (such as those that keep your login session), analytics cookies can be refused through your browser settings, in which case some features may be limited.

The Service may include links to third-party websites, such as original news articles and exchanges. This Policy does not apply to those sites; please review each site’s privacy policy.

The Company does not offer the Service to children under the age of 14. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it without delay in accordance with applicable law.
